RECONCILIATION AND EUCHARIST
The Sacrament of Reconciliation restores our relationship with God and gives us the grace to avoid sin. The Sacrament of the Eucharist gives us the grace to be in greater communion with God and to have a fuller life, and it sustains us throughout our lives.
